هل من حلول جذرية لغياب المعلمات

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
لعل هذا الموضوع يؤرق الكثيرات من زميلاتي وهو الغياب الشديد للمعلمات في الطائف السؤال الذي يطرح نفسه هل نحن فقط من يعاني من تكدس عدد حصص الإحتياط ؟هل نحن من يعاني من زيادة أعباء على اعبائنا ؟ هل معلمات الطائف هن فقط من يعانين من الأمراض أجاركم الله ؟ هل نحن فقط اللواتي لا نستطيع مقاومة الضروف ؟ هل نحن نتسم بعدم المبالاة لطالباتنا؟أم أن هناك ((لا رادع من قبل الأدارة ))أفيدوني يأهل المشورة

الغياب قديكون منتشر في معظم المدارس بشكل طبيعي لمن لديه ظروف
تعامل المعلمة الغائبة بإجراءات نظامية من تقديم لها ورقة مساءلة توضح بها أسباب الغياب
فإن كانت لديها مبرر كإجازة مرضية أو مرافقة تستكمل الأوراق وترفع للإدارة التربية والتعليم
إن لم يكن هناك مبرر لهذا الغياب وتم شرح أسباب الغياب فإذا تقبلت مدير المدرسة الأسباب وكان لديها
رصيد من الإجازة الأضطرارية تم احتسابه غياب بعذر عن طريق الإضطرارية .. فإن لم يكن لديها
ما تقدمه او قدمت أعذار واهية فقرار الحسم من مرتبها .. ..
ففي الغالب إن مديرة المدرسة قد تكون سبباً في عدم محاسبة المغيبة ما زاد من غياب المعلمات ..
فهذا يعد سلباً على العملية التعليمية فالطالبات امانة يجب العناية بهن وتقديم ما يفيدهن ..
