الفرق بين الروماتويد السلبي والايجابي

مرض الروماتويد (Rheumatoid arthritis) يعتبر من الأمراض التي زاد أنتشارها في الفترات الأخيرة وهو في الأصل أحد أمراض المناعة الذاتية التي تسبب للمريض ألم خاصة عند الانتقال من وضعية إلى أخرى مثل الوقوف والجلوس، ويمكن يصل تأثير الروماتويد إلى أكثر من عضو في الجسم خاصة المفاصل.

ينقسم مرض الروماتويد إلى نوعان الإيجابي والسلبي وتحديد النوع يرجع إلى عامل الروماتويد الموجود في الجسم وظهوره في التحاليل التي يقوم بها المريض، على الرغم أن الشخص قد يكون مريض روماتويد إلا أن التحاليل قد تظهر عكس ذلك للكثير من الأسباب.

غياب عامل الروماتويد في الجسم لا يعني بالضرورة أن الشخص غير مصاب بالتهاب المفاصل الروماتويدي لذا يعتمد الأطباء على أنواع كثيرة من التشخيص منها الفحص السريري والأشعة السينية وغيرها.

أسباب سلبية تحليل الروماتويد
وجود نسبة خطأ في التحاليل وهذا أمر وارد الحدوث.
وجود بعض الاختلافات في الأجسام المضادة من شخص لأخر.
درجة إصابة الشخص بالمرض لأن الأجسام المضادة في المراحل الأولى لا تنتج بكم كبير لذا قد لا يحددها التحليل بدقة.
الفرق بين الروماتويد السلبي والإيجابي هو ظهور العامل الروماتويدي في الفحوصات المعملية التي يطلبها الطبيب، ويشير ظهوره إلى إيجابية الإصابة بالروماتويد أما إذا لم يظهر العامل الروماتويدي في التحاليل يكون سلبي ولا يعني هذا عدم الإصابة، لذا يستعين الطبيب المعالج بباقي طرق التشخيص لتحديد تأكيد أو نفي وجود المرض.
