لماذا يتحاور اثنان في مجلس فينتهي حوارهما بخصومة .. بينما يتحاور آخران وينتهي الحوار بأنس ورضا ؟ إنها مهارات الحوار ..


لماذا يخطب اثنان الخطبة نفسها بألفاظها نفسها .. فترى الحاضرين عند الأول ما بين متثائب ونائم .. أو عابث بسجاد المسجد .. أو مغير لجلسته مراراً .. بينما الحاضرون عند الثاني منشدون متفاعلون .. لا تكاد ترمش لهم عين أو يغفل لهم قلب ؟ إنها مهارات الإلقاء ..


لماذا إذا تحدث فلان في المجلس أنصت له السامعون .. ورموا إليه أبصارهم .. بينما إذا تحدث آخر انشغل الجالسون بالأحاديث الجانبية .. أو قراءة الرسائل من هواتفهم المحمولة ؟ إنها مهارات الكلام ..


لماذا إذا مشى مدرس في ممرات مدرسته رأيت الطلاب حوله .. هذا يصافحه .. وذاك يستشيره .. وثالث يعرض عليه مشكلة .. ولو جلس في مكتبه وسمح للطلاب بالدخول لامتلأت غرفته في لحظات .. الكل يحب مجالسته ..

بينما مدرس آخر .. أو مدرسون .. يمشي أحدهم في مدرسته وحده .. ويخرج من مسجد المدرسة وحده .. فلا طالب يقترب مبتهجاً مصافحاً .. أو شاكياً مستشيراً .. ولو فتح مكتبه من طلوع الشمس إلى غروبها .. وآناء الليل وأطراف النهار .. لما اقترب منه أحد أو رغب في مجالسته ؟ إنها مهارات التعامل مع الناس ..


لماذا إذا دخل شخص إلى مجلس عام هش الناس في وجهه وبشوا .. وفرحوا بلقائه .. وود كل واحد لو يجلس بجانبه ..

بينما يدخل آخر .. فيصافحونه مصافحة باردة - عادة أو مجاملة – ثم يتلفت يبحث له عن مكان فلا يكاد أحد يوسع له أو يدعوه للجلوس إلى جانبه ؟ إنها مهارات جذب القلوب والتأثير في الناس ..


يختلف الناس بقدراتهم ومهاراتهم في التعامل مع الآخرين .. وبالتالي يختلف الآخرون في طريقة الاحتفاء بهم أو معاملتهم ..
والتأثير في الناس وكسب محبتهم أسهل مما تتصور ..

لا أبالغ في ذلك فقد جربته مراراً .. فوجدت أن قلوب أكثر الناس يمكن صيدها بطرق ومهارات سهلة .. بشرط أن نصدق فيها ونتدرب عليها فنتقنها .. والناس يتأثرون بطريقة تعاملنا .. وإن لم نشعر ..

أتولى منذ ثلاث عشرة سنة الإمامة والخطابة في جامع الكلية الأمنية ..
كان طريقي إلى المسجد يمر ببوابة يقف عندها حارس أمن يتولى فتحها وإغلاقها ..
كنت أحرص إذا مررت به أن أمارس معه مهارة الابتسامة .. فأشير بيدي مسلماً مبتسماً ابتسامة واضحة .. وبعد الصلاة أركب سيارتي راجعاً للبيت ..

وفي الغالب يكون هاتفي المحمول مليئاً باتصالات ورسائل مكتوبة وردت أثناء الصلاة .. فأكون مشغولاً بقراءة الرسائل فيفتح الحارس البوابة وأغفل عن التبسم .. حتى تفاجأت به يوماً يوقفني وأنا خارج ويقول : يا *** ..! أنت زعلان مني ؟!

قلت : لماذا ؟
قال : لأنك وأنت داخل تبتسم وتسلم وأنت فرحان .. أما وأنت خارج فتكون غير مبتسم ولا فرحان !!
وكان رجلاً بسيطاً .. فبدأ المسكين يقسم لي أنه يحبني ويفرح برؤيتي ..

فاعتذرت منه وبينت له سبب انشغالي ..
ثم انتبهت فعلاً إلى أن هذه المهارات مع تعودنا عليها تصبح من طبعنا .. يلاحظها الناس إذا غفلنا عنها ..
