و عندما يسأله شخص ما كيف الحال ؟

فإنه يجيبه على الفور'ممتاز '

العديد من موظفي مطعمه تركوا وظائفهم و انتقلوا معه عندما انتقل إلى
مطعم آخر
و ذلك لكي يبقوا معه لماذا؟؟؟

لأن وائل كان يغمر كل من حوله بجو من التشجيع و الحماسة

فإذا مر أي موظف بيوم سيء فإن وائل سوف يكون هناك لمساعدته و ليعلمه
كيف ينظر
إلى الموضوع بشكل إيجابي

و بعد رؤية هذه التصرفات منه جعلني افكر.... ثم أسأله

' أنا لا أفهم... كيف بإمكانك أن تكون إيجابياً كل الوقت ؟؟ '

فرد عليه وائل :
' كل صباح عندما استيقظ يكون عندي خيارين

أستطيع أن أكون في مزاج جيد

أو أن أكون في مزاج سيء

و أنا أختار دوماً أن أكون في مزاج جيد

وفي كل مرة يحصل شيء سيء يكون عندي أيضاً خيارين إما أن أكون الضحية

وإما أن
أتعلم من الأمر

و أنا دائماً أختار أن أتعلم من
الأمر

و في كل مرة يتقدم أحدهم بشكوى يكون عندي خيارين إما أن أقبل هذه
الشكوى وحسب

وإما أن أوضح للشخص الجانب الإيجابي من الأمر


و أنا أختار دوماً أن أوضح للشخص الجانب الإيجابي من الأمر '

فقلت له : ' لكن ذلك ليس بالأمر السهل '


فرد وائل: ' بل إنه أمر سهل.. إن الحياة بشكل عام تتعلق بالخيارات.



وإذا لخصت
المواقف التي تمر معك فإنك سوف تجد أنها في النهاية تكون عبارة عن
خيارات ،
فأنت تختار كيف تكون ردة فعلك في موقف معين ، وكذلك تختار كيف سوف
يكون تأثيرك
على الآخرين, و تختار أيضاً أن تكون بمزاج سيء أو جيد ..... و
بالنهاية
فإنه خيارك كيف تحيا حياتك '

لقد تعلمت منه ذلك

ففي كل يوم عندك خيارين إما أن تستمتع بحياتك و إما أن تكرهها

و الشيء الوحيد الذي تملكه حقاً و الذي لايستطيع أي شخص أن يأخذه
