The Author : JOSEPH CONARD

The Main Character : KURTZ and MARLOW

the writer wrote this novel in the 20th century.Thiscentury

was the age of realism. he mentions colonialism and the trading of ivory

at that time england was controlling africa and egypt and the exploited tese

tow contries and become rich . KURTZ represents england and white people

he is atrader who stayed in africa and become rich and powerful

because he trades in ivory . He mingle with african people and becomes

as if he is one of them.but his friend MARLOWcant mingle with them.
